Instructions
In the slow cooker, pour in the apple cider.
Add the sliced apples and orange to the cider mixture.
Stir in the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, allspice berries, and grated nutmeg.
Gradually incorporate the brown sugar, stirring until dissolved. You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
For an extra touch of flavor, add the vanilla extract if desired.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.
Once done, use a ladle to remove the cider. You can strain out the spices and fruit slices if desired, but leaving them in adds a rustic charm.
Serve warm in mugs, garnished with a fresh cinnamon stick or a slice of apple.

Adjust the sweetness of the cider by modifying the amount of brown sugar.
