Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and water until smooth. Fold this mixture into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 2 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle (approximately ¼ inch thick).
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the sliced pepperoni.
Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, creating a tight log.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Top each roll with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of extra oregano if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the rolls to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side of pizza sauce for dipping!
