Ingredients
1
cup
strawberries, hulled and sliced
1
cup
bananas, sliced
2
cups
vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)
1
cup
whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
1
package
graham crackers, crushed (about 10 oz)
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
none
fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding with the vanilla extract, mixing well to ensure a uniform flavor.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, creating a light and fluffy pudding mixture.
In a rectangular dish or individual parfait glasses, begin layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
Next, add a layer of the vanilla pudding mixture, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.
Before serving, garnish the top with additional whipped cream, fresh strawberry slices, banana slices, and mint leaves for a fresh touch.
Notes
For best results, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
