Instructions
Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Dice the mango and avocados, chop the red bell pepper, and finely mince the red onion and jalapeño.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, avocados, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.
Drizzle the fresh lime juice and olive oil over the mixture.
Add chopped cilantro to the bowl, then gently toss everything together until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocados.
Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the lime juice or seasoning if desired.
Let the salsa sit for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
Serve the salsa in a rustic bowl with tortilla chips on the side. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro or a lime wedge for a pop of color!
