Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Remove the skewers from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for an extra burst of color and flavor.
