Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
Brush the hot honey mixture generously over the top of the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
Reserve a small portion of the mixture for basting later.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and baste with the reserved hot honey mixture.
Return the chicken to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken on high for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye on it to avoid burning.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
