fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, and sesame oil until well combined.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat them evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, pouring any leftover marinade over the top.
Bake the salmon bites for 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized, turning halfway through cooking for even browning.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top for garnish.
Serve warm or at room temperature as a tasty appetizer or main dish.
