2clovesgarlic, minced
sesame seeds (for garnish)
green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Place the coated cauliflower into the breadcrumbs and toss until fully covered. Arrange the coated florets evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it thicken slightly for about 5-7 minutes.
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the florets. Toss gently to coat the cauliflower evenly.
Transfer the honey garlic cauliflower bites to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
