Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the cheese mix and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated, forming a sticky but cohesive mixture.
Using your hands, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into balls. You should get about 12-15 bites.
Roll each cheese ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
