Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, and salt until well combined.
Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected at the bottom.
Spread an even layer of the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of both the top and bottom of the rolls.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the bottom half of the rolls.
Now, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella for an extra cheesy finish.
Place the top half of the rolls back on and wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Allow the garlic bread to cool for a few minutes, then top with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Serve in a basket lined with parchment paper for easy sharing.
