Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

Dijon mustard

unsalted butter, melted

fresh rosemary, chopped
to taste
salt and pepper

egg
beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
Layer the sliced ham evenly over the mustard-covered croissants.
Place slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
Sprinkle fresh rosemary over the cheese, and season with a little salt and pepper.
Place the top half of the croissant back on each sandwich.
Brush the tops of the croissants with the melted butter for a golden finish.
Arrange the assembled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Once all croissants are assembled, brush them with the beaten egg to achieve a glossy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
