Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the blanched broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until lightly cooked. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese into the egg mixture.
Add the sautéed broccoli to the cheese and egg mixture, folding gently to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley on top and a side salad for a vibrant meal.
