Instructions
Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they soften (about 5 minutes).
Increase the heat to medium-high, add the sliced beef to the skillet, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Ensure the beef is cooked through.
Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for another minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to low, and add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the beef and vegetables.
Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the mixture, and cover the skillet for about 2 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
Gently mix everything together until the cheese is well incorporated.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
