2tablespoonscaramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or containers with lids.
Top each jar with a layer of cooled espresso or brewed coffee. Do not stir, allowing the coffee to create a beautiful layered effect.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce over the top of each jar.
Cover the jars with lids and place them in the refrigerator to chill overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give the oats a good stir to combine the flavors, and add additional almond milk if you prefer a looser consistency.
Top with whipped cream, more caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup to your liking.
