4cupsmixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, or romaine)

1cucumber, diced
1red onion, thinly sliced
1avocado, sliced
12shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese)

14barbecue sauce or your favorite burger sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or plant-based alternative), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until seasonings are incorporated.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, form the seasoned meat into patties (about 4-6 depending on size preference) and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the veggie base by arranging the mixed greens in large bowls.
Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Then, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Divide the chopped patties evenly over the prepared greens in each bowl.
Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado slices, pickles, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle your choice of barbecue sauce or burger sauce over the top of each bowl as a finishing touch.
Serve immediately, allowing each person to mix their bowl to their liking.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking.
