Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Notes
Adjust the buffalo wing sauce to your taste for more or less heat.
