In a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spread half of the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.
Layer half of the toasted baguette cubes over the chicken mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chicken mixture, baguette cubes, and cheeses.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top layer of cheese.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
For added crispiness, switch to the broil setting for the last 3-5 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
