  • In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • In a large baking dish, place the browned hamburger patties. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the patties.
  • Scatter the frozen mixed vegetables evenly over the top.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once cooked, remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
