Prepare the Cauliflower: Start by washing and cutting the cauliflower head into equal-sized florets to ensure even cooking.

    Make the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water, whisking until a smooth batter forms. The batter should be thick enough to coat the cauliflower florets.

      Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off before placing them in the air fryer.

        Air Fry the Cauliflower: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the battered florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
