  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic glaze by combining honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the honey garlic glaze over them, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  • For an extra touch, return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze slightly. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
